Hackathon of Mangrove Conservation or Hackmangcon is a 3 day intensive program to train youth which have environmental concern, to increase their leadership ability in term of saving environment especially mangrove conservation in different ways. This program will encourage youth to see mangrove as threatened species as well as natural resources which can help coastal communities better life by its potency. This program will be held at Semarang on December 2nd-4th 2016.

Alumni TIES are funded by the Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs of the U.S. Department of State and implemented by World Learning through a cooperative agreement.
Hackmangcon also the part of YSEALI Younified Days of Service which aimed to Celebrate the 3rd YSEALI Anniversary all across Southeast Asia.
On December 3, 2016, YSEALI members and alumni across all 10 ASEAN member countries will organize and lead community projects to celebrate the third anniversary of the Young Southeast Asian Leaders Initiative (YSEALI) with an ASEAN-wide day of community service called YSEALI YOUnified. Hackmangcon also will collaborate with KeSEMaT as leading student group in term of Mangrove Volunteering, Conservation, Research, Education, Campaign, and Documentation. They also known as local NGO who experienced to spread the awareness of mangroving lifestyle in last 15 years.
